  • We will give you full disclaimers, subscription documents, a preferred stock agreement, and an investor survey if you elect to invest in the offer.

Get money from your mailbox!
  • We send regular updates on improvements, the property’s condition, and our value-added plans.
  • Checks are usually distributed every three months (Q1 review in April 3rd week, Q2 check-in July 3rd week, Q3 check-in Oct 3rd week, and Q4 check-in Jan 3rd week)
  • We gave K1s (in March’s last week) with data on revenue and affluence, and financial losses.
  • We do a Cost Segregation Analysis to maximize capital losses and protect your profits (Please consult CPA prior to making tax decisions)
  • If we restructure, we’ll provide you a tax-free portion of the revenues.
  • We can conduct a 1031 exchange to a larger property if all partners approve.
  • If we sell, we’ll provide you a portion of the earnings.
